Terms and Conditions

Cancellations
Please give 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within the 48 hours will be charged at the full rate.

Payment
Payment is required on the day either by cash or cheque. (All cheques must be endorsed by card)

Confidentiality
Privacy and confidentiality is guaranteed and all notes are kept in locked containers. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

Rights of Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse to work with anyone who is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or those with certain psychiatric conditions.

Guarantees
I am not a doctor and therefore do not offer medical advice or prescriptions. What I do guarantee however, is total commitment to helping you feel better within yourself.
